Weekly opportunities
Our greatest need is for volunteers who can come in weekly to work with children for these classes:
We are looking for volunteers who enjoy working with people, who are focused on helping students achieve lesson objectives, and who are patient, kind, and flexible. Volunteers are asked to share Bible stories and verses in some classes, so a statement of faith is included in the volunteer application.

One-time/ short-term opportunities
Host a Book DriveHelp our families build a home library so children have easy access to reading material. New and gently-used children's books in English and Spanish are welcome! We'd also love illustrated children's Bibles and devotionals (new or gently used with no markings, please.)
The children treasure the children's Bibles. Several carry them in their school backpacks and read them in school during reading time. Click here for an article on research correlating number of books in the home with academic achievement. Email admin@emergingfield.org to arrange! |
